In any market, who really knows if its at its peak or at its base; bearish or bullish. Depending on where you stand will determine what you see, and what you believe is the right answer. This is what we like to call, "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly".  Obviously we didn't make the phrase up, we just like to think maybe we added a seat belt or two. You know, open the doors for more conversation. Really, its never all bad. Relationships are key. Timing is everything. And hopefully at the end of the day we come up with enough 'Win-Win' scenarios to make it all make cents.
